SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Brandellite (“Brandellite“) operates Brandellite.com and may operate other websites. It is Brandellite’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Certain visitors to Brandellite’ websites choose to interact with AstraResume in ways that require Brandellite to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Brandellite gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.

For example, we ask visitors who sign up at Brandellite.com to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Brandellite are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions.

In each case, Brandellite collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Brandellite.

Brandellite does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Brandellite may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Brandellite may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Brandellite does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENT

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Brandellite uses cookies to help Brandellite identify and track visitors, their usage of Brandellite website, and their website access preferences.
